Synopsis
Ippo Makunouchi spends his days being bullied by classmates, lacking any sense of self-confidence. Everything changes after a chance encounter with the professional boxer Mamoru Takamura, who leads him to the Kamogawa Boxing Gym. While training at the gym, Ippo begins hitting the punching bag to confront his fears. What starts as a way to find his voice quickly evolves into a dedicated pursuit of boxing mastery. He commits himself to grueling training sessions to transform from a timid outsider…
