Jason Ozuma

Jason Ozuma is an African-American soldier stationed at Misawa Air Base in Japan. During the early stages of the Rookie King Tournament, he serves as a major obstacle for Ippo. While he possesses an explosive hook that rivals Takamura’s power, he remains incredibly polite and friendly outside the ring. He fights out of deep loyalty to his coach and training partners, whom he considers his true family, to provide them with financial support.
