Matako Kijima

Matako Kijima is the only female operative in the Kiheitai. A skilled gunslinger, she fights using a dual-pistol technique. She harbors deep, unrequited feelings for her leader, Shinsuke Takasugi, and remains driven by her devotion to him. Her character draws inspiration from the Bakumatsu-era samurai Kijima Matabei, reflecting a spirit as strong as her namesake. Through her sharpshooting and intense loyalty, she serves as a dangerous presence within Takasugi's rogue faction.
