Synopsis
Goku, Tenshinhan, and Chiaotzu prepare for the upcoming 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai tournament. As they train together, the three fighters develop a bond while honing their individual martial arts styles. The competition brings together the strongest combatants from across the land to test their strength against one another. Each fighter must face intense battles and overcome significant challenges to prove their skill in the arena.
