Pilaf

Driven by an insatiable desire for global domination, this pint-sized, impish emperor leads the miniature Reich Pilaf alongside his loyal companions, Shu and Mai. Though he commands a castle and a crown, his ambitions are repeatedly thwarted by Goku and various powerful rivals. After several failed attempts to harness the Dragon Balls, his accidental wish involving the Black Star Dragon Balls inadvertently transforms Goku into a child, triggering the epic saga of Dragon Ball GT.
