Synopsis
Minami Itsuki discovers a forgotten pair of Air Treck motorized roller blades and a stash of stickers hidden in an abandoned room. After meeting a group of daring Storm Riders, he learns to use the specialized wheels to participate in street fights and races. As he masters the technology, his reputation grows within the local community. Ikki eventually forms his own gang, expanding his influence through a series of competitive victories on the streets.
