Synopsis
Edward and Alphonse Elric live with the physical wreckage of a failed attempt at human transmutation. After trying to resurrect their deceased mother, Edward lost an arm and a leg to automail, while Alphonse’s soul became bound to a suit of armor. Driven by the law of equivalent exchange, the brothers search for the Philosopher's Stone. They travel across the country attempting to find a way to restore their original bodies and undo the consequences of their alchemy.
