Synopsis
Post-WWII Japan is divided between the Union in Hokkaido and US oversight in the south. A massive, mysterious tower dominates the northern landscape, visible even from Aomori. In 1996, three teenagers planned to fly over it, but their mission collapsed when Sayuri Sawatari fell into a deep sleeping sickness.
