Synopsis
Black and White are orphaned friends patrolling the streets of Treasure Town to fight crime. They take on everything from local yakuza gangs to foreign threats, relying on an intense bond to survive. Their struggle becomes personal when a group of investors attempts to demolish the city to build an amusement park. As Black struggles with a destructive impulse, White uses her compassion to keep him grounded. To save their home, they must bridge their differences and confront a common enemy.
