Synopsis
Reconstructed Shibuya stands rebuilt five years after a massive earthquake and fire killed nearly 4,000 people. As the district recovers, several unexplained deaths begin to occur, linking back to a historical tragedy called "New Generation Madness." On the anniversary of the November 6, 2009, disaster, a sinister presence resurfaces among the residents. These mysterious occurrences trigger an investigation into whether the past chaos is truly returning to haunt the city.
