Synopsis
Red receives a special assignment from Professor Okido to document every Pokémon species within the region. Accompanied by his rival Green, he uses a new Pokédex to track various creatures while training his Charmander. Along the way, Red encounters Fuji, who tends to abandoned Pokémon, and a fellow traveler named Reina. As battles become more difficult, Red and his partner undergo a powerful transformation that changes the course of their journey through the region.
