Synopsis
The 13th Hierarchical City of Kagutsuchi prepares for the end of December 2199 amidst growing rumors of a massive bounty. Ragna the Bloodedge, an SS-class rebel known as the "Grim Reaper," plans to dismantle the global control system. His presence attracts various fighters to the city, all seeking the substantial reward or the chance to test their strength against him. The streets are tense with anticipation as these mercenaries converge on Kagutsuchi.
