Once a human scientist named Lotte “Roy” Carmine, this distorted, insect-filled entity was driven to madness by an obsession with the Boundary. Formerly a colleague of Kokonoe, Tager, and Litchi at the 7th Agency, his grotesque form now struggles with fragmented memories and incoherent speech. While often lost to insanity and gibberish, he occasionally experiences moments of clarity, allowing him to recall his past and his intense resentment toward Relius.
