Synopsis
Lucy, Yutaka, and Saya are three new civil servants struggling to find their footing within a disliked bureaucracy. Lucy seeks justice against an official responsible for a personal grievance, while Yutaka simply hopes for some peace and quiet. Under the guidance of a clueless mentor, the trio faces mundane paperwork and awkward daily encounters. As the reality of government service sets in, their early enthusiasm begins to fade.
