Synopsis
Natsume travels through ancient shrines and hidden villages alongside Nyariko, a spirit companion. As they move through territories inhabited by various youkai, Natsume works to free spirits held in captivity. These encounters reveal forgotten legends and introduce new characters driven by their own secret desires. Each journey tests Natsume's increasing power as he uncovers the histories of the creatures he meets.
