Synopsis
The Kuronekotei cafe serves as a quiet refuge for mechanical dolls that were once used as weapons during a distant war. These automata possess artificial hearts and are attempting to find a new purpose serving customers with grace. Now living through an era of peace, the dolls work to adapt to civilian life and build connections with the humans around them. Their transition from combat-oriented machines to cafe staff marks a search for belonging in a changing world.
