Synopsis
Tokyo in 2120 operates under the strict governance of the Sibyl System. Inspectors Arata Shindo and Kei Mikhail Ignatov investigate a growing conspiracy hidden within CID Unit One. When criminal mastermind Koichi Azusawa orchestrates a violent attack on the Public Safety Bureau Building, the unit faces immediate destruction. As the investigation deepens, Arata and Kei must confront the corruption within their own ranks while determining where their true loyalties lie.
