Synopsis
Mato Kuroi is an ordinary middle schooler caught between two realities. While she investigates her classmate Yomi Takanashi’s mysterious family name, a separate battle rages involving Black Rock Shooter, a girl with pitch-black hair and a single blue eye. Alongside friends like Yu Koutari, Arata Kohata, and counselor Saya Irino, Mato seeks to understand the truth behind Yomi. What begins as curiosity over shared interests in books eventually leads to a deeper connection between the two girls.
