Synopsis
Tokyo has become a place where certain individuals have developed unique abilities known as powers. These people are hunted by a secretive organization called Kestos, which labels them the Attracters. To survive this pursuit, those with abilities are forced to band together for protection. Under the leadership of Quon, an idealist dedicated to their cause, these individuals form an alliance to fight back against Kestos and secure a future where they can exist without fear.
