Synopsis
Hodaka is a high school dropout struggling to survive amidst the chaos of Tokyo. While working at an occult magazine to make ends meet, he meets Hina, a girl with the mysterious ability to manipulate the weather by parting clouds and stopping rain. As their connection grows, Hodaka discovers that controlling the elements carries heavy consequences. Their friendship forces them to face the unintended repercussions of Hina's powers within the city's supernatural underbelly.
