Synopsis
Izumi Yasaka lives a quiet life as a counselor at a sanctuary, but a high-speed escape and subsequent crash into a government building expose her hidden identity. As investigators scramble to respond, Inspector Shimotsuki and Enforcer Ginoza travel to Aomori Prefecture to trace the incident. Their investigation reveals that the secluded facility is actually a front for an organized criminal network. What appears to be a peaceful refuge is instead a dangerous landscape of deception and pursuit.
