Serving as the tournament’s enforcer, this imposing figure is responsible for punishing anyone who breaks the rules. Despite working under Arbitro, he maintains a rebellious attitude, frequently provoking his superior just for fun. This tall, scarred warrior wields a heavy metal pipe affectionately named "Mitsuko" during combat. He is rarely seen without his companion, Gunji, whom he teasingly refers to as "baby chick," often displaying a nonchalant approach to his official duties.
