Makoto Yuuki

Makoto Yuuki is a transfer student at Gekkoukan High School and the protagonist of Persona 3. After discovering he can wield multiple Personas during an attack in the Dark Hour, he joins SEES, a secret society dedicated to fighting Shadows. Having lost his parents in a tragic incident, Makoto eventually rises to lead the group. His combat style is highly versatile, utilizing over 150 different Persona designs. Character designer Shigenori Soejima intended for Makoto to have a complex personality, designing him with a straightforward initial appearance that gives way to greater ambiguity.
