Kuroobi

Kuroobi is a high-ranking member of the Arlong Pirates and a disciplined ray-type fish-man trained in Fish-Man Karate. During the battle at Arlong Park, he fought Sanji, using his underwater advantage to nearly win the encounter. He was eventually defeated when Sanji forced him onto dry land, draining the oxygen from his gills and finishing the fight with a series of heavy kicks.
