Arlong

Arlong is a ruthless sawshark fish-man and the former captain of the Arlong Pirates, once holding the highest bounty in the East Blue. Driven by a belief in fish-man superiority, he exploited Nami’s skills as a cartographer to further his own conquest. While he acted as a brilliant strategist and a loyal leader to his crew, his legacy is defined by his arrogance and hatred for humans. His reign ended during a clash with Monkey D. Luffy.
