Jango

Jango serves as Captain Kuro’s loyal first mate and resident hypnotist. An eccentric seaman recruit, he uses specialized disks that act as both chakrams and tools for hypnosis. He is easily recognized by his long coat and red, heart-shaped glasses. While he can manipulate enemies during combat, his powers frequently result in him accidentally hypnotizing himself.
