Often referred to as "Kuro of the Thousand Plans," this former Black Cat Pirates captain is a brilliant strategist ranked just below Ben Beckman in East Blue intelligence. Renowned for his incredible speed, he moves so quickly that he appears as nothing more than a blur to his enemies. He utilizes a devastating, wide-range claw technique called Shakushi, which is capable of lethal destruction but remains dangerously unpredictable, as he cannot distinguish friend from foe during the attack.
