Tokumori Saigou

Once a legendary Joui warrior known as "White Loincloth Saigou," this veteran fighter predates the generation of Katsura Kotarou. Now serving as one of the four formidable Devas of the Kabuki District under the title Fearsome God Mademoiselle Saigou, he manages the Kamakko Club. Though he is the father of Saigou Teruhiko, he famously adopts a feminine persona while running his establishment, blending a prestigious combat history with his current colorful role in the district.
