Hisashi Mitsui is a Shohoku shooting guard whose legendary three-point accuracy and defensive skills earned him MVP honors in junior high. A period spent leading a gang following a severe knee injury drove him away from the sport, but Coach Anzai eventually helped him find redemption and rejoin the team. While his elite scoring can single-handedly spark massive comebacks against powerhouses like Sannoh, his long hiatus from basketball means he struggles with limited stamina during intense, late-game situations.
