Tsukuyo

Tsukuyo is a blonde member of the Hundred Blooms, the all-female law enforcement squad in Yoshiwara. Though she often appears cold and unyielding, her past is shaped by an upbringing under the ruthless assassin Jiraia, who raised her as his personal masterpiece. Despite this dark history, she has found meaning through her connections to friends, family, and the things she protects. She remains deeply loyal to Hinowa, a childhood figure she views as a sister, and continues to serve in her home within the underground city of Yoshiwara.
