Synopsis
A UFO sighting descends upon the streets of Ikebukuro, leaving the city in a state of confusion. While residents struggle to grasp what they have seen, Shizuo's brother faces a life-threatening situation during a live television special downtown. These events pull at the threads of an increasingly tangled web of secrets connecting the city's nightlife to the bright lights of the media. Chaos spreads through the district as reality becomes harder to define.
