Synopsis

Tetsuo was once an ordinary boy bullied by his peers, but a sudden surge of psychic power changes everything. After escaping government custody, he finds himself possessed by immense mental abilities that he cannot control. The military attempts to recapture him through brutal experimentation, only to trigger a violent transformation.
