Synopsis

Inspector Akane Tsunemori travels abroad to address a growing security threat involving the global expansion of Japan's Sybil System. While the technology was designed for public safety, terrorists have begun exploiting its vulnerabilities to launch new attacks. During this mission, Akane must confront these covert aggressors while dealing with an unexpected encounter with someone from her past. The mission forces her to balance her professional duty to uphold justice with personal loyalties.
