Synopsis
Kyoutarou Kakei seeks quiet moments among the massive collections of the Shiomi Academy library. His solitude ends when he encounters Tsugumi Shirasaki, a charismatic second-year student. This meeting is no accident, as it was orchestrated by a mysterious figure known as a shepherd who manipulates the academy to grant people's desires. As the shepherd’s influence grows, more female students join the Library Club, each bringing their own personal histories and connections to this hidden force.
