Synopsis
Nao spends her time managing the school's Digital Camera Club, focusing her lens on clouds and sky. Her routine breaks when she finds a strange cat on a rooftop that possesses the power to control the wind. Alongside her friend Miki, Nao investigates the creature's origins. They are joined by Taiki, a knowledgeable teacher, and classmates Ryoko and Jun. The group travels to the town of Wind Handlers, hoping the upcoming Wind Festival will reveal the truth behind the cat's existence.
