Synopsis
The SSC operates in the shadows of Japan, working to suppress otaku culture and erase the passion of fans. To combat this oppression, a young man joins forces with three magical girls known as Anarchy, Blue, and Pink. This small group forms an underground rebellion aimed at protecting the freedom to enjoy anime and manga. They fight to dismantle the secretive organization's influence and reclaim a society where niche interests can exist without fear of persecution.
