Synopsis
Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole work for Wing Bind, a secret society operating in London. As witches, they possess the unique ability to interact with dragons that remain invisible to the general public. Their job involves managing these mystical creatures and ensuring they stay hidden within the city. While most people see only an ordinary metropolis, Noel and Ninny live alongside a hidden population of dragons that exist just beyond the reach of common sight.
