Synopsis
Police officer Minami Uezono and her android partner, Alma, monitor a suspicious weapon exchange at Tokyo Harbor in 2030. Their mission involves intercepting the transfer of a powerful device known as EX-ARM. During the stakeout, they are confronted by an adversary wielding EX-ARM No.08. To survive the encounter, Minami and Alma activate their own stolen unit, EX-ARM No.00. This sudden escalation forces them into a direct confrontation with a highly advanced technological threat.
