Synopsis

To combat this rising tide of violence, the SEVEN-O Special Crime Investigation Unit utilizes the Double Decker System. This method pairs experienced detectives like Doug Billingham with partners like Kirill Vrubel to dismantle local syndicates. While the city appears idyllic on the surface, the unit must constantly work to suppress the chaos spreading through its streets.
