Known as the Soutou no Ryuu, he wields dual Chisakatana and possesses a dual personality that shifts from gentle to bloodthirsty. Though lacking noble lineage, he achieved mastery by blinding himself to unlock the "eye of the heart." Using devastating ice-based techniques like Muhyo Gehetten and the absolute-zero Inferno's Chill, he remains a formidable, unpredictable force on the battlefield.
