Tiger's Eye

Appearing as a tall, blonde man in tiger-striped attire, this whip-wielding antagonist uses charm to ensnare young women. His primary goal involves manipulating victims to access their dream mirrors in a hunt for Pegasus. While he possesses basic English skills used to lure targets, his true motives remain mysterious. In the manga, he attempts to drain Sailor Mars' energy through negative thoughts, only to be ultimately obliterated by her powerful Mars Flame Sniper attack.
