A key figure in the science division on Second Earth, this character advocates for keeping Marlene and Yuji together to maximize Yuji's potential in the sleeper program. Disagreeing with the High Council's management of Second Earth and its use of sleepers, he eventually establishes a group known as The Arc to pursue his beliefs.
