Souhei Saikawa

A brilliant but detached associate professor of architecture at National Nagano University, this intellectual lives largely apart from the world around him. While he has earned the favor of Moe, he remains largely indifferent to her presence. Driven by a preference for coffee and cigarettes rather than fashion, he possesses specific dislikes for watermelon and red beans. Beyond his academic life, he is notably the older brother of Setsuko Gidou.
