Wiseman

An immortal being from a distant future, known as Wiseman, embodies chaotic power and seeks revenge. Originally a human from Crystal Tokyo, he wielded dark abilities and manipulated those exiled to the planet Nemesis. He led the Black Moon Clan in a destructive quest to obtain the Silver Crystal and exact vengeance on the past. Wiseman ruthlessly controlled his followers, transforming them into instruments of his will, including turning Chibiusa into Black Lady. Despite his eventual defeat, his essence remains bound to Nemesis.
