Serving as the wise protector of his community, this village lord is dedicated to upholding the strict laws of the sea. Although he is revered by Manaka as a god-like figure, his reputation is often undermined by his unruly behavior, as he frequently indulges in heavy sake drinking and displays a notorious perverted streak. This eccentric personality makes him a difficult leader to take seriously despite his profound authority.
