Chinko Drill is a notorious inmate held within the DL facility. A genetically flawed prisoner, he is defined by a massive, drill-like appendage situated between his legs. While otherwise an unremarkable figure, he possesses a disturbing talent for prison-based sexual encounters. He joins Pandy and Retro during their jailbreak, providing essential support through the unconventional and intimidating use of his primary physical trait.
