Otto Heckel

Otto Heckel is an opportunistic thief motivated by a desperate need for quick profit. He first encounters Tenma during a murder investigation in Chapter 17. While breaking into a crime scene, he shows no interest in the mystery or the monster's identity, focusing entirely on illicit gain. Despite their conflicting motives, the two form an uneasy alliance as they are forced to rely on each other to survive life-threatening dangers.
