Utsu-tsu Miya

As a dedicated first-year student at Tachikawa Private Academy for the Gifted, this shy individual spends her time volunteering among the blooms at the Tachikawa City International Greenery Garden. Having been a member of the G team for two years, she struggles with low self-esteem and avoids forming close bonds with others. While she mostly retreats into gloomy, pun-filled remarks, she finds comfort in the company of O.D., the only person she can truly converse with naturally.
