Kyojiro Mikuriya

As the leader of the research facility where the Kirihara brothers were raised, he holds a complex role in their lives. Despite the brothers' lingering resentment over their captivity, they eventually seek his help after escaping and rely on him in a moment of crisis. He views himself as the protector who looked after them throughout their time in the facility.
