Mirai Kuriyama

Mirai Kuriyama is a socially isolated high school freshman with the rare ability to manipulate blood. Driven by a fear of encountering youmu, she struggles to find steady work and spends much of her time blogging about bonsai, despite facing mockery online. After an attempt to escape her loneliness results in a fall from a rooftop, she is rescued by Akihito. Clumsy and detached from her peers, she lives a difficult life defined by poverty and the weight of her supernatural powers.
